The acofpCA'S 42nd Annual Seminar & Convention will take place August 2-5, 2018 at the Disneyland Hotel in Anaheim, CA. 35 AOA Category 1-A CME credits anticipated along with ACGME and AAFP CME credit.

SEE YOU IN ANAHEIM CALIFORNIA AT THE HAPPIEST PLACE ON EARTH!  August 2-5, 2018

 

As of 7/22/2018, ACOFPCA Registration is now only on site at the Disneyland Convention Center.  Stop by Wednesday, August 1 between 6 and 8pm in the Magic Kingdom Ballroom 1 and 4 Foyer and beat the Thursday morning registration lines.

 The University of California, Irvine School of Medicine designates this live activity for a maximum of 35 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

 

This live activity, ACOFP CA 42nd Annual Convention & Medical Seminar, with a beginning date of 08/02/2018, has been reviewed and is acceptable for up to 35.00 Prescribed credit(s) by the American Academy of Family Physicians.  Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

 

The American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians of California designates this program for a maximum of 35 of AOA Category 1-A credits and will report CME and specialty credits commensurate with the extent of the physician’s participation in this activity.

REFUND POLICY

A refund, less a $100 processing fee, will be issued if the cancellation request is received by May 1. Cancellation requests must be made in writing and may be sent to conventionchair@acofpca.org or faxed to 909-992-3174. After May 1, there is a No Refund policy in effect except for those attendees that purchased Allianz event ticket protection when they registered. 

ACCESS TO LECTURE HALLS

Only ACOFPCA'42 badge holders are allowed access inside the scientific lecture halls.  Please wear your ACOFPCA'42 badge at all times during the convention.

The ACOFPCA42 Disneyland Hotel Room block at the discounted room rates has sold out as of 7/21/2018.  To make hotel reservations, call reservations directly at 714-520-5005 from 8am-5pm PST Monday-Friday. Disneyland is now offering standard rooms for $366.00 at the Disneyland Hotel and  $461.00 at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel.

The meal cost is $75 to ACOFPCA, more than the cost of the ticket.

Do not forget the Grease Inspired Costume contest with prizes, Roaries 50's/60's Band and the Grease Lightening Show.  Mickey & Minnie photo op, face painting, and photo booth are all-inclusive.
