ACOFPCA44 NOW OCTOBER 7-11, 2020
Due to COVID-19, Disney moved ACOFPCA’s 44th Annual CME Seminar & Convention to October 7-11, 2020, at the Disneyland Hotel in Anaheim, CA.
If you have already registered for ACOFPCA’44, the following options are available:
Option 1: Request your existing registration be converted to on-site ACOFPCA44, October 7-11, 2020.
Option 2: Request your existing registration be converted to virtual ACOFPCA44, October 7-11, 2020.
Option 3: Request a full refund for ACOFPCA44 (less a $35 credit card processing fee)
Option 4: Request to defer your registration fees to ACOFPCA45, August 4-8, 2021.
Attending Virtual ACOFPCA44 will provide the same 1-A AOA CME opportunities as attending in person. 34 AOA Category 1-A CME credits anticipated. This activity has been approved for AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Application for CME credit has been filed with the American Academy of Family Physicians.
Disneyland Hotel Reservations
Disneyland is automatically canceling all hotel reservations made in the ACOFPCA44 room block for the original August meeting dates. You will receive an email confirmation of cancellation. Hotel reservation information for the ACOFPCA44 October 7-11, 2020 dates will be provided via private email to all registrants and in your email registration confirmation.

Cancellation Policy: A full refund of registration fees (less a $35 processing fee) will be issued if the cancellation request is received by August 30, 2020. Cancellation requests must be made in writing to email@example.com
Cancellation requests received after August 30 will be considered on a case by case basis by the ACOFP CA Board of Governors.
The ACOFPCA is accredited by the American Osteopathic Association to provide continuing medical education for physicians. The AOA designates this program for a maximum of 37 AOA Category 1-A credits (3 are for AOA Outcomes Survey submission) and will report CME and specialty credits commensurate with the extent of the physician's participation in the activity. This activity has been approved for AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Application for 34 CME credits has been filed with the American Academy of Family Physicians.
