The ACOFPCA is accredited by the American Osteopathic Association to provide continuing medical education for physicians. The AOA designates this program for 41 AOA Category 1-A credits (an additional 3 are available for an AOA Outcomes Survey submission) and will report CME and specialty credits commensurate with the extent of the physician's participation in the activity. This activity has been approved for AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Application for 41 CME credits has been filed with the American Academy of Family Physicians.
Both on-site and virtual registrants will complete a CME attestation survey through the ACOFPCA44 Convention mobile and desktop app to receive their CME hours, just as in years past. Your CME certificate will be available to print and download in your ACOFPCA.org member profile under professional development upon completion of the CME attestation survey.
The ACOFPCA44 Convention mobile and desktop app will be released to download on October 1, 2020. All registrants, on-site and virtual, will receive information on how to download and use the ACOFPCA44 Convention and Mobile App.
Attendance is verified on-site with a badge scan. Virtual attendance is verified by log in to the ACOFPCA44 Convention mobile and desktop app. AOA requires one login and ACGME and AAFP require a minimum of five logins for full credit (once for each day of lectures, Weds-Sun).
New this year, you have up to 30 days to view the lectures and submit a CME Survey attestation to receive up to 41 credits hours for each granting entity. You can view the lectures through the ACOFPCA44 Convention and Mobile App at your convenience and submit your CME attestation survey until end of the day, November 10, 2020.
